As some of you know, we have started our diaper and laundry soap drive. For starters, the drive runs from September 12th until October 24th. The point of this drive is to provide laundry soap and diapers for people who do not have the ability to get laundry soap for their clothes or diapers for their children. This drive will help many people with their everyday life. Providing diapers and laundry soap for people in need will make it so they don’t have to worry about wearing dirty clothes or their children being uncomfortable.

Secondly, if you are interested in the Horrible Holiday Sweater run, you are in luck. We have been working hard and are getting down to the last details of the race. Within the next couple weeks, I should have a lot of information about the run!

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this blog post. Please feel free to contact me at Jimmy V) with ideas on post topics in the future!

Thanks again,

The month of July was a big month for WNC. With the Waunafest parade and Genna Eaton being the Grand Marshal, to the start of the Fill the Bus campaign, to the start of putting the annual Horrible Holiday Sweater Shuffle together, it has been a very busy month!

Fill the Bus was a great success. We gathered lots of needed school supplies for the people who need them the most. The Waunafest parade was also a very proud moment for WNC. With Genna being the Grand Marshal, everyone saw her riding around and waving to people watching the parade. The Horrible Holiday Sweater Shuffle is also getting underway. We are having some very good ideas but want to keep them a secret until a later time. The second half of August and the first half of September will be a crazy time also. We will be getting ready for the Client Registration that happens on September 10th. We will also have lots of school supplies to organize this month. You can check the social media sites for more information on some of the things discussed.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this blog post. Please feel free to contact me at (Attn: Jimmy V) with ideas on post topics in the future!
