In collaboration with Waunakee Community Cares Coalition, WNC is giving away Free LockMed Lock Boxes to members of the community! Accessibility is the number one contributing factor to the misuse and abuse of medications. The Lock Box Initiative works toward making adults aware of the easy access to drugs and gives them the knowledge and tools to lock up prescription and over the counter medications.

If you are interested in receiving a Free LockMed Lock Box, complete the form and either drop it off or mail it to WNC! Be sure to include your email address or phone number to be notified when the boxes are available for distribution. Please note: Limit one Lock Box per household, must live in the Waunakee School District.
